How To ENJOY SEX Without Feeling Guilty|And Make God Happy Too

Sex issues are covered in secrecy in society yet they dominate the thoughts and conversations of many people.

Comedians, actresses and social influencers hint at sex on social media, TV, movies and soaps but serious sex talk platforms are rare. Mind you, most of these people are passing on the 19 popular lies singles believe about sex without providing a solution.

The current reality is that sex matters remain private in public yet they affect the daily lives of the majority of people in their private lives.

Among some extreme Christians, sex is associated with shame, guilt and sin to the extent that couples on honeymoon struggle to shake off the thought of sex being dirty.

But I ask; doesn’t God delight in sex? Do you think He looks away when a married couple are enjoying sex?

When God is mentioned around the topic of sex, it kills the joy and the fun of it for some people. We tend to associate sex with modernity and God with old civilizations.

Yet sex is God’s idea.

It’s one of His awesome gifts to mankind. “Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it…” (Genesis 1:28)

He created and designed us to enjoy sex to the fullest. It was His doing! Didn’t He form man and woman with the reproductive system?

And guess what? Sex is so powerful some claim controls the world today. What do you think? I wrote about the 11 reasons why I think sex is so powerful and almost irresistible.

In marriage, sexual intimacy is beautiful because it’s an expression of love. On the other hand, sex outside marriage is an expression of lust and brief pleasure that leaves behind a bitter taste of guilt, shame, depression and sometimes, death!

4 Simple Reasons Why I Enjoy Sex With My Wife

#1: My body enjoys sex

My eyes behold my wife’s beauty and the hormones in my body make me feel pleasure during sexual intimacy.

#2: Sex develops a strong physical, emotional and spiritual bond with my wife

This helps us build a meaningful and harmonious relationship. “Drink water from your own well—share your love only with your wife.” (Proverbs 5:15-17)

#3: I’m fulfilling God’s command of multiplication and filling the earth

God has blessed us with two beautiful girls so far!

#4: We’re married and committed to each other

Unmarried people worry about pregnancy, infecting each other with STDs and cheating, for instance.

The bonus reason why I only have sex with my wife is because it helps me avoid the 18 common sins of sex.

Whose Instructions Will You Live By?

On our wedding day, we received a gift of a Philips steam flat iron and I had never used one before. I read the user manual and learnt how to use it. If I hadn’t, I’d have destroyed the flat iron and injured myself.

Now that the gadgets we use every day require user manuals, how much more do we need God’s instructions?

Just as manufacturers write user manuals for their products, God created us and gave us the B.I.B.L.E. which is a common acronym for the Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.

“… Yes, it is good to abstain from sexual relations. But because there is so much sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman should have her own husband.

The husband should fulfil his wife’s sexual needs, and the wife should fulfil her husband’s needs. The wife gives authority over her body to her husband, and the husband gives authority over his body to his wife.” (1 Corinthians 7:1-4) Right here we see God’s master plan for satisfying sexual desires.

But if you’re still single, you need to know the FLEE plan of overcoming sexual immorality and living a pure life.

The best and only way to enjoy sex fully without fear, guilt or shame is within the boundary of marriage. That’s God’s plan. Anything else will ruin the beauty, sweetness and benefits of sex.
