Hello!

My name is Hirwa G. Israel. So glad and grateful to be a child of God, married to Damalie and blessed with two adorable daughters. My life’s assignment is to disciple Christians to maturity and to equip and coach leaders to accomplish God’s purpose and assignments in their generation.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking in 2010, my friends and I started Goldlines Sacco Ltd where I served as the first board chairperson and CEO for a decade.  From that time till now, I’ve had the privilege of working with young people in high schools, universities and churches, teaching the truth of God’s word and training leaders.

Because writing and sharing biblical truths and wisdom is my passion and gift, I’ve written several books, developed courses and training manuals for different ministries.

I’ve received other certifications like the Bible Training For Church Pastors, John Maxwell Million Leader Mandate, Entrepreneurship, Lead Like Jesus, Certified Professional Coaching, DISC Coaching and Accredited Behavioural consulting. These, among others, have equipped me with the knowledge, experience and skills I need to serve my clients better.

I coach and mentor in aspects of spiritual growth, leadership development, organizational growth, personal finance, book writing and sexual purity.

I’m currently the team leader of Pass On Leadership Africa and COO of The HuD Group Global.
